1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Elite Craft Pro Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at elitecraftpros.com, or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Elite Craft Pro Services provides residential and commercial contracting services in the Tampa Bay area, including but not limited to:

• HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• Electrical services (residential and commercial)
• Roofing installation, repair, and replacement
• Solar panel installation
• General contracting and remodeling
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Commercial renovations and tenant buildouts
• Government and municipal contracting

All services are performed under the following Florida State licenses: CCC1336349 (Roofing), EC13007555 (Electrical), CAC1823884 (HVAC), and CBC1269455 (General Contractor).

3. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates are based on the scope of work discussed and visible conditions at the time of assessment.
• Additional work discovered during the project (hidden damage, code violations, etc.) may result in change orders with additional costs, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs and market conditions.
• A signed proposal or contract is required before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts.
• A deposit may be required before work begins, typically 30-50% of the project total depending on scope.
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects at agreed-upon milestones.
• Final payment is due upon completion of work and final inspection approval.
• We accept cash, check, credit card, and financing through approved partners.
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

5. Warranties

Elite Craft Pro Services stands behind our workmanship:

• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a minimum 1-year warranty on all labor and workmanship from the date of project completion.
• Manufacturer Warranties: All equipment and materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties, which we will assist you in registering and claiming if needed.
• Extended Warranties: Extended warranty options may be available for certain equipment and services.
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Scheduling & Access

• Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen conditions.
• The customer must provide reasonable access to the work area during scheduled work hours.
• Pets must be secured during service visits for the safety of our technicians and your animals.
• We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your daily routine.

7. Permits & Inspections

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Elite Craft Pro Services will obtain all necessary permits required by local, county, and state authorities for the work being performed. Permit fees are included in our estimates unless otherwise noted. We coordinate all required inspections and ensure all work meets or exceeds Florida Building Code requirements.

8. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a signed contract within 3 business days of signing without penalty (Florida's "cooling off" period).
• Cancellations after the 3-day period may be subject to charges for materials ordered, permits pulled, or work already completed.
• Scheduled service appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Craft Pro Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Elite Craft Pro Services LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

11. Government Programs Disclaimer

While we assist customers in navigating government programs (My Safe Florida Home, Pinellas County Home Repair Program, Duke Energy rebates, federal tax credits), we do not guarantee eligibility, approval, or funding amounts. Program availability, requirements, and funding are determined solely by the respective government agencies and utility companies. We provide guidance and application assistance as a courtesy to our customers.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
